Summer is here and you’ve been working hard to get your body beach ready.   1. Get moving
    To reduce cellulite you need to reduce the fat deposits under your skin. Combine a quality cardio routine with a strength-training program. And ladies, lifting weights will not make you bulky; it will just help you fight cellulite better. More muscle in your body means you burn more fat. Also, instead of sticking to plain old jogging, go for High Intensity Interval training (HIIT). This will speed up the fat burning process. Here’s an HIIT routine that you can incorporate in your workout plan.

    Firstly, we want to clarify that just because you have to get rid of fat deposits that does not mean you cut out fats from your diet. Fats do not make you fat, it is the excess calories that make you fat.
    It is important you eliminate processed foods from your diet and eat clean. Your body needs to flush out toxins to reduce cellulite so go for seasonal fruits, vegetables, whole grains and good fats.

    This is important not just to fight cellulite but for good health in general. Water will help your body get rid of toxins and it will also strengthen the collagen in your skin, reducing the lumpy look.

    This one is our favourite. Not only will it help with muscle recovery but regularly massaging the problem area will stimulate collagen formation. It also leads to better blood circulation, which helps the body get rid of toxins from the problem area.
  1. Wear loose fitting clothes
    Tight clothes or undergarments can restrict the blood flow to the problem areas, which can lead to the accumulation of toxins. So go for more comfortable or loose fitting clothes that do not restrict blood flow, helping the body get rid of toxins.

Although these tips will help you fight cellulite and take care of yourself in general, nothing is going to make cellulite disappear completely. So embrace it and don’t beat yourself down over what you wish your legs and tushi looked like!
